المعاجم المتخصصة وأهميتها في الدّرس العلمي المعجم الفقهي أنموذجا

Résumé: ملخص الدّراسة: احتلّ الاهتمام بالمعاجم أهمية بالغة لدى علماء اللّغة بصفة عام منذ القرون الأولى للأشلام، حيث كانت مهمّتهم ضبط مفردات اللغة العربية والنّظر إلى معانيها المختلفة بحسب اشتقاقاتها واستعمالاتها وما تؤدّيه من وظائف متباينة، إلى أن ظهرت المعاجم المتخصصة في بعض العلوم كمعجم علم الحديث، معاجم علم الفقه، معاجم الطبّ، الصيدلة وغيرها ممّا يختصّ بمفردات علم بذاته خدمة له وتيسيرا لفهمه، فكانت هذه الدّراسة محاولة للنّظر في المعاجم الفقهية المتخصصة بأصول المذاهب. Study Summary The importance of linguistics has been of great importance to the linguists in general since the first centuries of pain, where their task was to control the vocabulary of the Arabic language and to look at its different meanings according to its derivatives and uses and the different functions it performs until specialized dictionaries appeared in some sciences such as the Dictionary of Modern Science, , Dictionaries of Medicine, Pharmacology and others, which deals with the teachings of self-service and to facilitate his understanding. This study was an attempt to look at the jurisprudential lexicons specialized in the origins of doctrines.
