علاقة استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية بأبعاد جودة الحيـــــاة المهنيـــــــــة لدى معلمي المرحلـــة الابتدائيـــة
Résumé: ملخـــــــص : بهدف التحقق من العلاقة الارتباطية بين ستة(06) أبعاد لاستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية ، و بين جودة الحياة المدرسية في أبعادها الستة (06) ، أجريت الدراسة باعتماد المنهج الارتباطي وباستعمال برنامج الـ SPSS.إصدار 25،مع عينة مشكلة من 253 من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بولاية البويرة.أظهرت النتائج الدراسية وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بنسبة 44.44 % ، بينما سجلت العلاقة الارتباطية غير الدالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بنسبة 55,56%. Abstract : In order to verify whether there is a correlation between the six (06) dimensions of the coping strategies, and the quality of school life in its six dimensions, the study has been done by adopting the correlation method and using the SPSS program, version 25 , on a sample of 253 primary school teachers in the wilaya of Bouira. The study results showed a positive correlation and statistically significant at 0.05 level with a 44.44%, While it recorded a not-significant statistical correlation at 0.05 level with a 55.56% .
