Résumé: الملخص : متعهد الدخول عبر الأنترنت هو ذلك الشخص الطبيعي أو المعنوي الذي يوفر للأفراد و شركات مزودي خدمات الأنترنت الأخرى الوصول إلى الأنترنت، و يقدم أيضًا خدمة بناء و إستضافة موقع ويب.هذا النوع من مزودي خدمة الإنترنت غير مسؤول مسؤولية جزائية عن المحتوى الإلكتروني غير المشروع الذي يتم نقله عبر مواقع الويب ، لأنه لا يستطيع الإطلاع عليه و مراقبته ، ما لم يكن على علم بعدم مشروعيته و لم يبلغ السلطات المختصة أو أوقف بثه . Abstract : An Internet access provider is that natural or moral person who provides individuals and other Internet service provider companies access to the Internet . also he provides a service , Web site building and hosting .This type of Internet Service Provider is not responsible for the criminal liability for illegal content transmitted over the websites , because he can not read and monitor it, Unless it is aware of his illegitimacy and does not have notified the competent authorities or stopped broadcasting.
