Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على تنمية السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين في مؤسسة الصيانة الصناعية، حيث تم توزيع (48) استبانة منها (39) صالحة للدراسة، وقد تم التحليل باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبرنامج SPSS. وقد أوضحت النتائج وجود أثر معنوي للثقافة التنظيمية في تنمية السلوك الإبداعي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the development of creative behavior among SOMIK employees.
