Résumé: تهدف دراستنا التحليلية إلى استقراء واقع توظيف شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي في الوسط الأكاديمي كمظهر مهم للتطوّر التكنولوجي ومزايا الظاهرة، وتقف ورقتنا على تحليل الرؤية الجديدة للتغيير الجذري الذي طرأ في الوظائف الأكاديمية بفضل تطبيقات الميديا الحديثة، مع تحديد كيفية تطويع مختلف تطبيقات الفيسبوك لخدمة وظائف الجامعة، وصولا إلى مجموعة توصيات لتطبيق هذه التقنية ومحاولة الاستفادة قدر الإمكان بشكل إيجابي لفهم أسس التعامل مع هذا النظام الحديث Our analytical study aims to extrapolate the reality of employing social networks in the academic community as an important aspect of technological development and the advantages of the phenomenon. To a set of recommendations for applying this technology and trying to benefit as much as possible in a positive way to understand the foundations of dealing with this modern system
