هيئات المشاركة والطعن في الوظيفة العمومية

Résumé: إن مجاالت الوظيفة العمومية كثيرة ومتنوعة ، ولعل أهمها ما يتعلق بالموظف العام، هذا األ خير الذي عني باهتمام كبير من خالل ضمان لحقوقه وواجباته وكذا تسير و تنظيم لمساره المهني ، ومنه ظهرت على الساحة القانونية ما يعرف بهيئات المشاركة والطعن ، ولعل أهمها ال لجان المتساوية األعضاء ولجان األمر واللجان التقنية ، وقد نظمها المشرع الجزائري بمجموعة من القوانين واألوامر والمراسيم، ومنها طعن 133 -66 المتضمن القانون األساسي العام للوظيفة العامة وصوال إال األمر الحالي 03-06 المتضمن القانون األساسي العام للوظيفة العامة، وكذا المرسوم التنفيذي 199 -20. المتعلق باللجان اإلدارية المتساوية األعضاء ولجان الطعن واللجان التقنية في المؤسسات واإلدارات العمومية.t important of them is related to the public employee, the latter who was concerned with great interest by guaranteeing his rights and duties as well as the conduct and organization of his professional path, and from which appeared on the legal scene what is known as participation and appeal bodies, and perhaps the most important of them are committees with equal members, appeal committees and committees Technical, and the Algerian legislator organized it with a set of laws, orders and decrees, including Order 66-133 containing the general basic law of the public office, all the way to the current order 06-03 containing the general basic law of the public service, as well as Executive Decree 20-199. related to administrative committees with equal members, appeal committees and technical committees in public institutions and administrations
