ترشيد قرارات تسيير المخزون بالاعتماد على التقنيات الكمية-حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للبلاستيك بالمدية للفترة 2023

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الدور الذي تلعبه النماذج الكمية في تدنية تكاليف المخزون، كونها الأسلوب العلمي الذي يعمل على ترشيد قرارات تسيير المخزون والتموين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تمت الدراسة الميدانية في المؤسسة الوطنية للبلاستيك بالمدية خلال سنة 2023حيث تم التركيز على نموذج ويلسنWilson، تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وبالاستعانة بالبرامج QM Windows، Win QSB، تمكنا من بناء نموذج للمادة المهمة في المؤسسة. توصلت الدراسة الى انه يمكن استخدام النماذج الكمية لترشيد قرارات تسيير المخزون بالمؤسسة وتطبيق هذا النموذج يساهم في تخفيض التكاليف الاجمالية للمخزون، وتجاوز كل الاختلالات الممكن حصولها من نفاذ أو تراكم كما أوصت الدراسة الى ضرورة تبني النماذج الكمية وعدم الاعتماد فقط على الأساليب التقليدية وتكوين إطارات من أجل استخدام الأساليب الكمية This study aims to highlight the role that quantitative models play in minimizing inventory costs as they represent the scientific tool to optimizing inventory and supply chain management decisions. To achieve this objective, a field study was conducted at the National Plastic Company in MEDEA during the year 2023, with a focus on the Wilson Model. The study employs both the descriptive and analytical approaches, and with the assistance of software such as QM for Windows and WinQSB, a model was developed for the critical material used in the company. Findings show that quantitative models can be effectively used to optimize inventory management decisions within the company Therefore, applying this model contributes to reducing the overall inventory costs while avoiding potential issues like stockouts or overstocking. Furthermore, the study recommends adopting quantitative models and not relying solely on traditional methods, as well as training staff to use these quantitative techniques.
