منطق شاييم بيرلمان في بناء نظرية البلاغة الجديدة، من حجة الموروث إلى النموذج الحجاجي

Résumé: ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن منطق ش. بيرلمان في بناء نظرية الحجاج انطلاقا من منجزات أعلام الفكر اليوناني القديم، وحججهم التي بنوا عليها أحكامهم حول قضايا الوجود والانسان والحياة، وما يتعلق بها من مبادئ وقيم وحقائق من خلال الممارسات الخطابية، التي ساعدت على بلورة أفكارهم وتصوراتهم وشكلت بؤرة اهتمامهم، ونخص بالذكر هنا السفسطائيين وأفلاطون وأرسطو، وقد عمدنا في البداية إلى تقديم إحاطة نظرية حول مفهوم الحجاج في الدراسات العربية والغربية، كما تطرقنا إلى الغاية والهدف من الخطابة وطريقة ممارسة الحجاج عند السفسطائيين وأفلاطون وأرسطوا، ثم تناولنا الحجاج عند ش. بيرلمان بدءا من تأصيل مفهومه عنده، وتحصيل القضايا التي شكلت محور اهتمامه كالمنطق والجدل والفلسفة والبلاغة والاستدلال ..وعلاقة كل منهما بالآخر، والتي كانت محلا لإعادة النظر في كثير من الأحيان، وقد توخينا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كأداة إجرائية، حيث قادنا إلى أن منطق بيرلمان في بناء نظرية الحجاج كان مختلفا عمن سبقه رؤية وتطبيقا. This study aims to reveal the logic of Ch. Perelman in building the theory of Argumentation based on the achievements of the figures of ancient Greek thought, and their arguments on which they based their judgments on the issues of existence, man and life, and the principles, values and facts related to them through rhetorical practices, which helped crystallize their ideas and perceptions and formed the focus of their attention, especially the sophists Plato and Aristot, and at first we proceeded to provide a theoretical briefing about the concept of Argumentation in Arabic and Western studies. Perelman starting from the rooting of his concept, and the collection of issues that formed the focus of his interest such as logic, dialectic, philosophy, rhetoric and inference. . . and the relationship of each to the other, which was often reconsidered. The construction of Argumentation theory was different from the vision and application it preceded.
