أثر إدارة الوقت على أداء العاملين: دراسة تطبيقية على الشركة العربية للصناعات الكهربائية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر ادارة الوقت بأبعادها ( تخطيط الوقت، تنظيم الوقت، النمط القيادي، الرقابة على الوقت، العوامل الديمغرافية ) في أداء العاملين في الشركة العربية للصناعات الكهربائية ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية قدر عددها ب94 مفردة. وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر دو دلالة احصائية بين إدارة الوقت وأداء العاملين، ووجود أثر دو دلالة احصائية لكل من تخطيط الوقت، تنظيم الوقت، النمط القيادي، الرقابة على الوقت في أداء العاملين، في حين لم يكن هناك تأثير لبعد العوامل الديموغرافية. This study aimed to know the impact of time management in its dimensions (time planning, time management, leadership style, time control, demographic factors) on employee performance of the Arab Company for Electrical Industries, and to achieve this goal a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 94 individuals. It was found that there is a statistically significant effect between time management and employee performance, and a statistical significance effect for time planning, time management, leadership style, time control on employee performance, while there was no effect of the demographic factors dimension.
