Résumé: تسعى ىذه الدراسة لدعرفة متطلبات برقيق الفاعلية التنظيمية في اطار الابداع التنظيمي بدنظمات الاعماؿ بدؤسسة الكهرباء والغاز طاقات متجددة بغرداية كعينة لتطبيق ىذه الدراسة، و لتحقيق أىداؼ الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة - - لغرض جمع البيانات تم توجيهها لعينة من الدوظفتُ بالدؤسسة لزل الدراسة، وقد تم استخدا برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلو الاجتماعية SPSS من أجل تسهيل عملية برليل و مناقشة النتائج واختبار الفرضيات، تم توزيع 100 استمارة استبياف على عماؿ الدؤسسة تم استًجاع 67 استمارة منها 7 ملغاة و 60 استمارة صالحة للتحليل، و قد تم أيضا استخدا الدنهج الوصفي التحليل و عدد من الأساليب الاحصائية و التي تتناسب مع متغتَات الدراسة. وبالتالر قد توصلت الدراسة الذ النتائج التالية: _ وجود علاقة قوية متًابطة بتُ الفاعلية التنظيمية و الابداع التنظيمي داخل الدؤسسة الجزائرية للكهرباء و الغاز – طاقات الدتجددة . - _ تساعد الفاعلية التنظيمية على مدى لصاح الدؤسسة. _ يؤثر الابداع التنظيمي بشكل الغابي على الدؤسسة. This study seeks to know the requirements for achieving organizational effectiveness within the framework of organizational creativity in business organizations at the Electricity and Gas Corporation - Renewable Energies - in Ghardaïa as a sample for the application of this study. SPSS Statistical Package for Social Sciences In order to facilitate the process of analyzing and discussing the results and testing hypotheses, 100 questionnaires were distributed to the enterprise workers. 67 forms were retrieved, of which 7 were invalid and 60 forms were valid for analysis. The descriptive analysis method and a number of statistical methods were also used. which are compatible with the variables of the study. Therefore, the study reached the following results: _ The existence of a strong interrelated relationship between organizational effectiveness and organizational creativity within the Algerian Electricity and Gas Corporation - renewable energies -. _ Organizational effectiveness helps to determine the success of the organization. _ Organizational creativity positively affects the organization
