Résumé: موضوع الإفلات من العقاب من المواضيع البكر في المنظومة القانونية لثقافة حقوق الإنسان كآلية لملاحقة منتهكي حقوق الإنسان الفردية والجماعية السياسية والمدنية والحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية على حدّ سواء. قد تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية المصطلح تعريفا مع تحديد مرتكزاته والإشارة إلى أسبابه وأهدافه وعلاقته بالعدالة الانتقالية. وهي ورقة في بحث مقدّمات الإفلات من العقاب. subject of impunity of pristine topics in legal system of human rights education as a mechanism for prosecuting violators of individual and collective human rights civil ,political , economic, social and cultural rights alike.
