حقوق المرأة الجزائرية فى ظل إتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة "cedaw "

Résumé: عملنا من خلال هذا البحث على الكشف عن طبيعة حقوق المرأة الجزائرية الإجتماعية الأسرية (داخل الأسرة) من خلال علاقتها مع الرجل من جهة، وقانون الأسرة (وكان تركيزنا على قانون الأسرة الحالي 09-05)، من جهة أخرى وذلك في ظل الحماية الإجتماعية الأسرية والقانونية للمرأة في ظل توصيات إتفاقية المرأة أو ماتسمى إتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة "سيداو" وبالثالي حماية الأسرة والمجتمع ومن خلالهما المرأة. وقفنا من خلالها على تحقق الفرضيات الثلاثة، ويمكننا القول بأننا قد إستطعنا تحقيق أهداف الدراسة بالوقوف الفعلي على واقع حقوق المرأة الجزائرية الأسرية ومساواتها بالرجل فى ظل إتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة "سيداو" من خلال موقف المرأة الجزائرية نفسها من تلك الحقوق، وتمكنا من تحديد أبرز مظاهر المساواة الإجتماعية الأسرية بين الجنسين في قانون الأسرة الجزائري الحالي تماشيا لتوصيات إتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التميز ضد المرأة "سيداو we worked to reveal the nature of the Algerian woman's social and familial rights (within the family) through her relationship with the man on the one hand, and family law (our focus was on the current family law 09-05), on the other hand, in light of family and legal social protection. Women to the recommendations of the Women's Convention or what is called the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women "CEDAW" and thus the protection of the family and society and through them women. We stopped through the realization of the three hypotheses, and we can say that we have been able to achieve the objectives of the study by actually standing on the reality of the family rights of Algerian women and their equality with men under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women "CEDAW".
