تطوير رأس المال الفكري كمدخل أساسي لبناء منظّمة متعلّمة دراسة ميدانيّة على المستشفيات العموميّة لولاية الشلف
Résumé: The study aimed to finding out the contribution of intellectual capital to building the learning organization in a sample of public hospitals in the state of Chlef. To achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for all data from the sample of the study. A target sample of 621 workers from 05 public hospitals. The study concluded that there was a medium level of awareness of the concept of intellectual capital; and the concept of learning organization also achieved a medium level of awareness by the sample members. The results also showed a statistically significant effect of intellectual capital in all its components (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) in building an learning organization.
