Résumé: This study aims to learn about the impact of the quality of banking services on the financial performance of commercial banks by applying the study in commercial banks operating in Algeria. The questionnaire was used as an essential tool for the collection of preliminary data. It was distributed to the banks' clients. After analysing the data using the SPSS software, we found the following: There is no statistically significant impact on the quality of banking services on the financial performance measured by the asset return index and return on equity.
