Résumé: قديما كانت الرياضة مجرد تدريبات ترمي إلى تنمية البدن والروح، غير أنها صارت مهنة، وصلت إلى درجة الاحترافية التي شملت كل الرياضات وأبرزها كرة القدم، مما حتم تنظيمها بنصوص قانونية، لكن مسألة تكييف العقد الاحترافي الذي يرتبط به اللاعب المحترف لا زالت تحتاج إلى تنظيم قانونيي يحدد العقد من حيث تسميته ويخضع له عند تفسيره وتنفيذه. In the past the Sport is being mere exercises aimed at developing the body and the soul, but it has become a profession. And that professionalism includes all sports, especially football. But the issue of adapting this contract arose recently, in which the player is bound to, requires legal texts that define the contract under a specific name and is subjected to it in the case of its interpretation and implementation
