انعكاس الرقمنة على أداء العمال دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري – ورقلة-

Résumé: sThis study, entitled "The Reflection of Digitization on Workers’ Performance", aimed to clarify this reflection, as well as to identify how employees work in light of the development of information technology and the spread of modern means of communication in various institutions, and this study was conducted at the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management of the State of Ouargla –Department Human Resources -was conducted during the 2023/2024 academic season in a research community consisting of 81 workers, The descriptive analytical research method was relied upon due to its suitability to the nature of the topic, and we , which also relied on a stratified random sample, and as for the data collection tool, we used observation and the form as a basic tool. In this study, it was concluded that information technology and modern means of communication have a positive impact on employee performance to record an agreement among members of the research community on: 1.Generalizing the use of digitization in all units and institutions across the country due to the advantages it provides 2.Including training programs interspersed with classes that are predominantly psychological in nature to change workers’ outlook on aspiration instead of being satisfied with the routine aspect. 3.Striving to apply information and communication technology effectively by employing all available capabilities in this field. 4.Developing employees’ skills and capabilities in order to adapt to any change or development in this field. 5.Attracting experts in the field of information and communications technology to help them provide applied training courses for worker.
