القطب الجزائي الوطني لمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال
Résumé: لقد تفشت الجرائم الإلكترونية في مجتمعنا، وصارت لا تقتصر على الحياة الخاصة للأشخاص، بل تعدته إلى حد المساس بأمن المجتمع واستقراره، ونظرا لما تتميز به هذه الجرائم من تطور نتيجة استخدام أحدث تقنيات التكنولوجيا، فإن إجراءات المتابعة والتحقيق والحكم التقليدية لم تعد قادرة على مكافحتها، وهو ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يستحدث قطبا وطنيا متخصصا لمكافحة الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، بموجب الأمر رقم:21-11، المؤرخ في: 2021/08/25 المتمم لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية. Cyber crime has spread in our society, it is no longer limited to people's privacy but has gone beyond it to the point of compromising the security and stability of society. Faced with the development of these offenses due to the use of new technology, the traditional procedures of monitoring, investigation and judgment are no longer able to combat them, this situation has led the Algerian legislator to create a national pole specialized in the fight against cybercrime by ordinance n°: 21-11 of: 25/08/2021, supplementing the code of criminal procedure.
