الضوابط الموضوعية الفاصلة بين الإرهاب والحق في المقاومة المسلحة من أجل تقرير المصير

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على نقاط التداخل بين الأفعال الإرهابية وأعمال المقاومة المسلحة من أجلتقرير المصير ضمن مقتضيات القرار الأممي 1373، التي جعلتمن حركات التحرر في قفص الاتهام. ولعل أهم ما تم التوصل إليه، هو أن هذا القرار قد أهمل عمدا وضع تعريفا للإرهاب حتى يتسنى للقوى العظمى استغلال الظاهرة للتدخل وبسط هيمنتهاعلى الدول الضعيفة، مبررة بذلك أعمال الإحتلال بذريعة مكافحة الإرهاب، ومستهدفة ضرب الحق في تقرير المصير في الصميم. This research aims to identify the points of overlap between the terrorist actsand the acts of armed resistance for self-determinationwithin the requirements of UNResolution 1373, which made theliberation movements in the dock. Perhaps the most important finding is that this decisionhas deliberatelyneglected to put a definition of terrorism so that the greatpowers can exploit thephenomenon to intervene and extend their hegemonyover the weak states, justifyingthe actions of the occupation under the pretext of combatingterrorism, and aiming tostrike the right to self-determination the core.to
