دور القيادة الإدارية في الحد من الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية دراسة حالة مديرية أملاك الدولة تندوف

Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة دراسة اثر القيادة الإدارية بالمؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية على الصراع التنظيمي دراسة حالة لمديرية أملاك الدولة بولاية تندوف ، و قد تم استخدام أسلوب الاستبيان لتحديد الأثر بين المتغيرين محل الدراسة، و ذلك بتوزيع 83 استبانة على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة ، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة أملاك الدولة بولاية تندوف تتبني أسلوب القيادة الإدارية مما ساهم في الحد من ارتفاع مستويات الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة ، كما نوصي بضرورة زيادة عدد اللقاءات التشاورية مع مختلف الأفراد العاملين داخل المؤسسة لتجنب الصراعات مستقبلا. This paper studies the impact of administative leadership in the algerian public institution on the organizational conflict , a case study of the directorate of state properies in the wilayat of tindouf. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the two variables under study by distributing 83 questionnaires to a random sample of the study population. The study found that the Directorate of State Properties in the Wilayat of Tindouf adopts the administrative leadership method which contributed to reducing the levels of organizational conflict in the institution under study. We also recommend the necessity of increasing the number of consultative meetings with all the individuals working within the institution to avoid future conflicts.
