دور الدولة في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر الجديدة -دراسة في قرار انشاء صندوق تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة-

Résumé: يهدف البحث الى دراسة دور الجزائر الجديدة في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على قرار الحكومة في انشاء صندوق تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، وتحليل أهمية هذا القرار في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك بطرح الإشكالية التالية: ماذا يمكن أن يضيف انشاء صندوق لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة الى هذا النوع من المؤسسات بالجزائر؟ وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن انشاء صندوق خاص لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر، يؤدي الى رفع العديد من العراقيل البيروقراطية عن هذه المؤسسات، ويسهل إجراءات إنشائها، مما يمكنها من لعب دور اساسي في تعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني. الكلمات المفتاح: Abstract: The research aims to study the role of the new Algeria in supporting startups, by shedding light on the government’s decision to establish a fund to finance startups, and analyzing the importance of this decision in supporting startups, by posing the following problem: What can be added to the establishment of a fund to finance startups To this type of institution in Algeria? By using the descriptive and analytical approach, the study concluded that the establishment of a special fund to finance startups in Algeria leads to the removal of many bureaucratic obstacles to these institutions and facilitates the procedures for their establishment, which enables them to play a fundamental role in strengthening the national economy.
