الحماية القانونية لتراث الثقافي المغمور بالمياه خارج حدود الولاية الوطنية للدولة (المنطقة)

Résumé: ترتبط المنطقة والحفاظ عليها بتراث الثقافي المغمور في المياه، الأمر الذي يستدعي النظر بخصوصه بكل جدية لتدارك الأخطار المحدقة بهذا التراث الثقافي أثناء القيام بأنشطة المنطقة، أين تضع إتفاقية اليونسكو لحماية التراث الثقافي المغمور في المياه لعام 2001 خطة للتعاون الدولي أساسها تبادل المعلومات، وبذل جهود الدولية مع ضرورة إحترام قوعد القانون الدولي للبحار من جهة، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة للبحار والمحيطات من جهة ثانية. Abstract: The area and its preservation are related to the underwater cultural heritage, which calls for serious consideration in order to remedy the dangers to this cultural heritage while carrying out the activities of the area. Whereas the 2001 UNESCO Convention for the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage lays out a plan for international cooperation based on the exchange of information, and international efforts With the need to respect the rules of international law of the sea on the one hand, and to achieve sustainable development of the seas and oceans on the other hand.
