Résumé: تناقش هذه الأطروحة صعود الصين كقوة عظمى وتأثير هذا الصعود على المصالح الاستراتيجية للولايات المتحدة في جنوب شرق آسيا، تعتمد الدراسة على تحليل عميق للسياسات الخارجية الصينية منذ بداية الألفية الثالثة، مع التركيز على فترة حكم الرئيس "شي جينبينغ"، ويتم تناول العلاقات الثنائية بين الصين ودول جنوب شرق آسيا من منظور استراتيجي، مع تحليل لدور مبادرة "الحزام والطريق" وتأثيرها على المنطقة. كما تستكشف الأطروحة كيفية تفاعل الولايات المتحدة مع هذا الصعود من خلال إعادة التوازن الاستراتيجي في منطقة المحيطين الهندي والهادئ، والتركيز على استراتيجيات ثلاث رؤساء للولايات المتحدة "أوباما" "ترامب" و"بايدن"، تعتمد الدراسة على إطار نظري متعدد، يشمل الهيمنة والصراع على النفوذ، مع استخدام منهجية تحليلية لمقارنة الديناميات بين القوى الكبرى في المنطقة، وتحليل استجابة دول المنطقة للسياسات التنافسية الصينية-الأمريكية. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This dissertation examines the rise of China as a global power and its impact on U.S. strategic interests in Southeast Asia. It provides an in-depth analysis of China’s foreign policy since the beginning of the 21st century, with a particular focus on the era of President Xi Jinping. The study investigates the bilateral relations between China and Southeast Asian countries from a strategic perspective, with an emphasis on the Belt and Road Initiative and its implications for the region. Furthermore, it examines how the United States has responded to China's rise through strategic rebalancing in the Indo-Pacific region, analyzing the policies of three U.S. Presidents: Obama, Trump, and Biden. Employing a multi-theoretical framework that includes concepts of hegemony and influence competition, the research uses an analytical methodology to explore the dynamics between major powers in the region. Finally, it assesses how regional countries have reacted to the competitive strategies of both China and the U.S. in Southeast Asia.
