نحو تحقيق التميز من خلال اعتماد أسلوب الإدارة الإستراتيجية جامعة هارفرد أنموذجا

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه الإدارة الإستراتيجية كأحد المواضيع الحديثة التي طرقت إدارة الإعمال ومختلف أنشطتها في المنظمات والشركات التي تتبنى هذا النهج وتأثيرها على ثقافتها من خلال تحقيق التميز الذي تطمح إليه بالإضافة إلى التعرف على إستراتيجية جامعة هارفرد التي ساعدتها في التميز، وكانت أهم نتيجة : أن جامعة هارفرد قدمت خطة إستراتيجية تضمنت دراسة لسمات الجامعة المرجو الوصول إليها في المستقبل وفقا للمستقبل الأمريكي، وقد بدأت بالفعل في تنفيذ إجراءاتها التي تتفق مع جامعة المستقبل، والدليل إحرازها المركز الأول في التصنيف على مستوى العالم This study aimed to know the role that strategic management plays as one of the modern topics that touched business management and its various activities in organizations and companies that adopt this approach and its impact on their culture by achieving the distinction they aspire to, in addition to identifying the Harvard University strategy that helped it to excel, and was the most important Result: that Harvard University presented a strategic plan that included a study of the characteristics of the university to be reached in the future according to the American future, and it has already started implementing its procedures that are consistent with the University of the Future, and the evidence is that it achieved the first place in the classification in the world.
