الإدارة الالكترونية ودورها في تحسين الخدمة العمومية والمرفق العام

Résumé: في إطار التوجه العالمي نحو الرقمنة ومع تزايد اهتمام الدولة الجزائرية بتبني مناهج الإدارة الإلكترونية التي من شأنها المساهمة في تغيير النمط التقليدي من حيث تقديم الخدمات، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية والمرفق العام من خلال تقديم مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالإدارة الإلكترونية، والمتعلقة بالخدمة العمومية والمرفق العام، مع عرض تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية في مجال الخدمة العمومية والمرفق العام لقطاعي التعليم العالي والبريد والمواصلات في الجزائر،ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن دمج الإدارة الإلكترونية في عمل الأجهزة الإدارية الحكومية له دور إيجابي وكبير في تحسين الخدمات العمومية المقدمة للمواطنين، كما تعتبر من أهم وسائل تقريب المواطن من الإدارة وتلبية حاجياته وتحقيق رفاهيته ورضاه In the context of the global trend towards digitization and with the increasing interest of the Algerian state in adopting electronic management approaches that would contribute to changing the traditional pattern in terms of providing services, this study aims to highlight the role of electronic management in improving public service and public utility by presenting various concepts related to electronic management, the public service and public utility, with a presentation of the applications of electronic management in the field of public service and public utility for the sectors of higher education, post and transportation in Algeria. the most important results is that integrating electronic administration into the work of government administrative has a positive role in improving public services provided to citizens it is also considered one of the most important means of bringing the citizen closer to the administration, meeting his needs and achieving his well-being and satisfaction.
