Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على إطارات المجمع الجهوي لبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية ام البواقي، حيث قمنا بتوزيع 40 إستمارة على إطارات البنك لمعرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وإستخدام spss لمعالجة ذلك. وتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنه توجد علاقة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والميزة التنافسية لدى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية – المجمع الجهوي أم البواقي- كما توصلنا إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الالتزام بجهود التحسين المستمر لرفع كفاءة أداء البنك لخدماته البنكية بجودة عالية وتكاليف منخفضة بالاعتماد على أحدث التكنولوجيات والاهتمام بتنمية الموارد البشرية وتكوين إطارات البنك على إستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة. Abstract: This study aimed to know the contribution of information and communication technology to achieving competitive advantage, by highlighting the frameworks of the regional complex of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development Oum El Bouaghi, where we distributed 40 forms to the bank’s tires to know the role of information technology in achieving competitive advantage, and using spss to address that. We also reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to adhere to continuous improvement efforts to raise the efficiency of the bank’s performance of its banking services with high quality and low costs, by relying on the latest technologies, paying attention to the development of human resources and forming the bank’s frameworks on the use of modern technology.
