عوامل الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي

Résumé: تعرض هذا البحث لدراسة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى أساتذة جامعة تلمسان بكلية العلوم ،حيث هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى توضيح هذه العلاقة و معرفة مستوى الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي على حد سواء ،كما سعت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح ما إذا كانت هناك فروقا ذات دلالة احصائية بين مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. ولقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 95 أستاذ من كلية العلوم بجامعة ابي بكر بلقايد تلمسان(الجزائر). وخلصت الدراسة الى عدم وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الرضا الوظيفي و الالتزام التنظيمي لدى أساتذة جامعة تلمسان بكلية العلوم . This research paper is devoted to study the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational commitment of teachers in the Faculty of Science at the University of Tlemcen (Algeria). It aimed to elucidate the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational commitment as well as identifying the level of each variable. It was also devoted to examine the relationship between Job satisfaction’s dimensions and the general Organizational commitment, and the link of Organizational commitment’s dimensions with the general Job Satisfaction. Besides, it aimed to investigate whether they exist statistically significant differences in both the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment due to gender variable. To this end, a sample population comprising of 95 teachers was selected from the faculty of science at the University of Tlemcen. The results of the current study revealed that there is no statistical relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among teachers in the faculty of science at the University of Tlemcen.
