Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على عدة محددات أهمها: بيان طرق الملكية وأنواع التوثيق للعقارات . وبيان حكم تعدد وثائق العقار إذا كان الإمام أو نوابه سبباً في الخطأ, أو كان الخطأ ناشئ من أفراد غير متعمدين للاحتيال. والسعي لوضع مقترحات لا تمانعها الشريعة في مسائل النصب والاحتيال التي ينتج عنها تعدد وثائق العقار . Abstract: This study aims at shedding light on several determinants, the most important of which are the following: And the statement of the ruling on the multiplicity of documents of real estate if the imam or his deputies caused the error, or was the error arises from individuals unintentional fraud. And seek to develop proposals that do not mind the Sharia in matters of fraud and fraud, which result in the multiplicity of real estate documents.
