أثر النزاعات المسلحة على الموارد الطبيعية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل المميزات الأساسية لنظام حماية الموارد الطبيعية أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، من جهة ومن جهة أخرى كشف العلاقة السببية الموجودة بينهما. وذلك بالتطرق إلى العلاقة التي تربط النزاعات المسلحة بالموارد الطبيعية والتي تتخذ صورا متعددة لمعرفة كيف تؤثر هذه النزاعات على البيئة الطبيعية عموما ثم على مواردها الطبيعية على وجه الخصوص والوصول إلى تأثر هذه النزاعات بالموارد الطبيعية لا سيما بعد أن أصبحت الموارد الطبيعية موردا اقتصاديا تتنافس الأطراف المتحاربة للسيطرة عليه. This study aims to analyze the basic features of the natural resources protection system during armed conflicts, on the one hand, and on the other hand, reveal the causal relationship that exists between them. By addressing the relationship between armed conflicts and natural resources, which takes multiple forms, to know how these conflicts affect the natural environment in general, and then their natural resources in particular, and to reach the impact of these conflicts on natural resources, especially after natural resources have become an economic resource competing for control of the warring parties on it.
