أثر الموقف إتجاه التعليم الريادي على النية الريادية للطلبة الجامعيين- دراسة حالة طلبة جامعة عنابة The Impact Of Attitude Towards Entrepreneurial Education On Entrepreneurial Intention Among University Students - A Case Study Of Annaba University Students

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الموقف اتجاه التعليم الريادي على النية الريادية للطلبة الجامعيين، أي محاولة الكشف عن ما إذا كانت مواقف الطلبة الجامعيين تؤثر على نيتهم الريادية، حيث تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على 256 طالب بجامعة عنابة من خلال توزيع إستبيانات ولتحليل البيانات تم إستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS v26. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر موجب وذو دلالة إحصائية للموقف إتجاه التعليم الريادي بأبعاده الثلاثة (المكون المعرفي، المكون العاطفي، المكون السلوكي) على النية الريادية للطلبة حيث له دور كبير في تحفيز الطلبة على تبني الأفكار الريادية وزيادة نيتهم لبدء مشاريعهم الخاصة. The study aimed to examine the impact of attitudes towards entrepreneurial education on the entrepreneurial intention of university students. Specifically, it sought to uncover whether students' attitudes influence their entrepreneurial intention. The study was applied to 256 students at the University of Annaba through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using the statistical software SPSS v26. The study found a positive and statistically significant impact of attitudes towards entrepreneurial education, with its three dimensions (cognitive component, emotional component, and behavioral component), on students' entrepreneurial intention. These attitudes play a significant role in motivating students to adopt entrepreneurial ideas and increase their intention to start their own ventures.
