Résumé: شكّل الفقهاء المالكية الدعامة الأساسية التي قامت عليها الدولة المرابطية وساهموا في تسييرها في كل المجالات وتركوا بصمتهم فيها، وأحكموا سيطرة المذهب المالكي على شؤون الدولة حتى أصبح الأمير المرابطي لا يصدر أمرا قبل الرجوع إليهم واستشارتهم، بل من الأمراء من كان أداة طيعة في أيديهم ورضخ لأوامرهم التي عارضت إرادته في بعض الأوقات، وهذا ما انعكس على طابع الدولة الذي كان ديني بالدرجة الأولى. The scholars of the Malikite doctrine represented the cornerstone on which the Almoravid Empire was founded. Those scholars have immensely contributed to the management of this empire in all areas where they had left their noticeable traces. They also made the Malikite doctrine prevail in all the State’s affairs, to the point where any Almoravid Emir could not make a single decision without referring to those scholars, there had been even some princes who were at their mercy and who could not reject any order from them even if it turned out to be against their will. Such a situation had a remarkable impact on the Almoravid dynasty which was fundamentally religious.
