مقاربة السلوك المسؤول في الابحاث البيولوجية/الطبية

Résumé: ملخص: تطرح علاقة العلم والأخلاقيات نفسها بحدة في الممارسة العلمية، التي تكشف عن مدى ارتباط واقع البحث العلمي بالقضايا الأخلاقية، الأمر الذي يسوًغ لأخلاقيات العلم بأن تكون مبحثا فلسفيا تطبيقيا يطرح قضاياه بحدة في مختلف فروع العلم التطبيقية ،خاصة بعد ما شهده القرن 21 من تقدم علمي مطرد في تطبيق التقنيات الجديدة، الوضع الجديد الذي ينذر بالافتقار لأخلاقيات العلم. التطبيقات التقنية في المجال البيولوجي/الطبي تثير عدة تساؤلات، نتيجة ما تلحقه استخداماتها من انتهاكات بالطبيعة البيولوجية البشرية، في أبحاث الجينوم البشري والخلايا الجذعية والتقانة الطبية وصناعة الأدوية. قضايا علمية تطرح تساؤلات دينية وأخلاقية وقانونية واجتماعية حول السلوك المسؤول للعلماء في الأبحاث البيولوجية /الطبية، ليس على مستوى المختصين فحسب، بل، والرأي العام أيضا، ذلك أن الأمر يتعلق بمستقبل الطبيعة البشرية والكرامة الإنسانية من جهة، ومستقبل العلم والتكنولوجيا من جهة أخرى. The relationship of science and ethics is sharply approved in scientific practice, which reveals the relevance of scientific research to ethical link. The matter that paves the way to the ethic of science to be practical philosophical research. It raises its issues sharply in various applied branches of science. Especially after what the 21st century had witnessed of Progressive scientific advance in applying the new technics.The new situation that foreshadows the lack of scientific ethics. Several questions remained open by biotechnology applications in the biological / medical field as a result of their violations of human biological nature. In the Human Genome Research, stem cells, Medical Technology and Pharmaceutical industry. Many religious, moral, legal and social questions are raised in scientific issues regarding responsible behavior of scientists in biological / medical research. Not only at the level of specialists, but also publicly. It is all related to the future of human nature and its dignity on one hand and the future of science and technology on the other hand.
