النظام القانوني لوكالات السياحة والأسفار في ظل مرسوم17-161

Résumé: تعتبر وكالات السياحة والأسفار من أهم الأنشطة السياحية، نظرا لإرتباطها بمختلف الأنشطة السياحية الأخرى، لذا عٌنيت من طرف الجهات المختصة باهتمام كبير، وذلك من خلال سن ووضع نظام قانوني يحدد معالم إستغلال هذا النوع من الوكالات، بهدف تشجيع الإستثمار في هذا النشاط السياحي، وآخر هذه التشريعات، المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 17-161 الذي يحدد شروط إنشاء وكالات السياحة والأسفار. Tourism and travel agencies are considered to be one of the most important tourist activities as they are associated with other tourist activities, therefore the competent authorities have taken great interest in establishing and developing a legal system which defines the exploitation of this type of agency in order to encourage investments in this tourist activity, and the last one its laws, the executive decree n ° 17-161 fixing the conditions of creation and the modalities of exploitation of the tourism agencies and trip
