تحليل أبعاد سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى عينة من الأساتذة في الجامعات الجزائرية
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين. وقد تم إعداد استبيان إلكتروني لغرض جمع البيانات، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة (265) أستاذا. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة ممارسة سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى أفراد العينة مرتفعة. كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات الأفراد تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية المتمثلة في الجنس والسن والدرجة العلمية، بعكس سنوات الخبرة. This study aimed at determining the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Algerian universities professors. An electronic questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting data, and was addressed to the study sample, which included (265) professors. The results showed that the degree of practice of (OCB) among the study sample was high, and that there are no statistically significant differences among the responses with respect to personal variables including gender, age and academic degree, unlike the work experience.
