Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التشارك المعرفي في تطوير الكفاءات المحورية، وذلك من خلال تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للتشارك المعرفي، الكفاءات المحورية ثم بناء شبكة من العلاقات بين التشارك المعرفي بأبعاده (الثقافة التنظيمية، التدريب، فرق العمل) وتطوير الكفاءات المحورية. وباستخدام المقابلة المهيكلة مع عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة بسكرة، واعتمادا على التحليل الكيفي لمضمون ومحتوى المقابلات توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن التشارك المعرفي بين الأساتذة له أثر في تطوير الكفاءات المحورية من خلال إثراء معلوماتهم وصقل مهاراتهم ما يمكنهم من تحديث رصيدهم المعرفي في مجال تخصصهم. Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of knowledge sharing in core competencies developing by defining the conceptual framework for knowledge sharing, core competencies then build of relationships between knowledge sharing with its dimensions (organizational culture, training, the work teams) and core competencies developing. And by using the structured interview with a sample of teachers of the faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management sciences in university of Biskra, depending on the qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews. In the end, the study concluded to the main conclusion that knowledge sharing among teachers has an impact in core competencies developing by enriching their information and refine their skills; this enables them to update their knowledge in their field of specialization.
