أثر جودة الخدمة البنكية في تحقيق رضا الزبون دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائريbna وكالة –مغنية-
Résumé: الملـخـص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير جودة الخدمة البنكيـة بأبعاده الخمسة:)الملموسية،الاعتمادية،الاستجابة،الأمان،التعاطف) على رضا زبائن البنك الوطني الجزائري بمدينة مغنية . اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الجانب النظري، كما استعملنااستبيان لغرض الدراسة الميدانية ووزعت على عينة غير عشوائية تتكون من 60مفردة، وذلك لتقييم جودة الخدمة من وجهة نظرا لزبون. وبينت أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين أبعاد الجودة ورضا العميل، وتبين أيضا أنها تؤثر تأثيرا إيجابياعلى رضاالعملاء. Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of banking service quality with its five dimensions (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, safety, and empathy) on customer satisfaction in the National Bank of AlgeriainMaghnia . In the study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach to study the theoretical aspect, and we also used a questionnaire for the purpose of the field study and distributed to a non-random sample consisting of 60 individals, in order to assess the quality of service from the customer's point of view The most important results of the study showed that there is a direct relationship between the dimensions of quality and customer satisfaction, and it was also found that they have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
