Allport: “ Stereotypes are socially supported continually revived and hammered in by the media of mass communication.“ Thus , we have to pay attention to the mass media prejudices especially when it comes to the issue of women in society and their representation in the workforce , because it has power to construct some stereotypes and make it ready to apply and it can guarantee the success of their production , and it can impose on us their version of truth.
