دراسة قياسية لطبيعة العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي والناتج المحلي الخام في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1970-2016)

Résumé: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية اختبار فرضية فاجنر والفرضية الكينزية من خلال اختبار العلاقة الديناميكية بين نمو الإنفاق الحكومي ونمو الناتج الداخلي الخام في الجزائر للفترة 1970-2016 في الأجلين القصير والطويل. والذي سيكون من خلال توظيف أساليب التحليل القياسية الحديثة والمتمثلة في أسلوب التكامل المشترك ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM. ولقد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على أنَّ الإنفاق الحكومي والناتج الداخلي الخام ساكنين عند الفرق الأوَّل وأنهما على علاقة تكاملية مشتركة وتربطهما علاقة سالبة في الأجلين القصير والطويل وتأكد بذلك قانون فاجنر لكن بعلاقة عكسية. This paper examines two types of tests; Wagner's hypothesis test and Keynesian hypothesis test by testing the dynamic relationship between the growth of government expenditures and Algeria's GDP growth during the period 1970-2016 in the short and long term. This will be through the use of modern analytical methods of cointegration and ECM techniques. The results of this study showed that the government spending and raw internal output are at the first difference and that they have a common complementary relationship and have a negative relationship in the short and long term. This was confirmed by Wagner's law but with a reverse relationship.
