المرونة النفسیة وعلاقتها بالاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعلیم الابتدائي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المرونة النفسية وعلاقتها بالاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، وهذا من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: هل توجد علاقة بين المرونة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من الفرضيات، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدنا في دراستنا على الأدوات التأليه: مقياس المرونة النفسي المعد من طرف Brenet boudrais savoi et desrumaux (H.E.R) 2008 المترجم من قبل طاووس وزي وسليمة حمودة ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (54) أستاذا وأستاذة بالمدارس الابتدائية لمدينة قصر البخاري _المدية. وأسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية على النتائج التالية:  توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين المرونة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي.  مستوى المرونة النفسية مرتفع لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي.  درجات الاحتراق النفسي منخفضة لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي.  لا توجد فروق في درجات الاحتراق النفسي لدىأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. Abstract: The current study aimed to explore the relationship between psycho logical flexibility and burnout among primary school teachers. This was achieved through addressing the main researchquestion: is there a relationship between psychological flexibility and burnout among primary school teachers? To achieve the study's objectives and test its hypotheses, a descriptive approach was used, and the following tools were utilized: the Psychological Flexibility Scaledeveloped by Brenet Boudrais Savoi and Desrumaux (H.E.R) in 2008, translated by Taous, Zee, and Salima Hamouda, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The sample consisted of 54 primary school teachers in Qsar Al Bokhari - Medea city. The statistical analysis of the results revealed the following findings:  There is an inverse correlation between psychological flexibility and burn out among primary school teachers.  The level of psychological flexibility is high among primary school teachers,  and the level of burnout is relatively low.  There were no statistically significant differences in burn out levels among primary school teachers based on gender.
