أسباب امتناع منظمة الأمم المتحدة عن تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية بخصوص فلسطين

Résumé: سيتناول البحث أسباب امتناع منظمة الأمم المتحدة عن تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية بخصوص فلسطين، وهي قرارات الجمعية العامة وقرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي، وبيان القرارات التي استخدم فيه حق النقض ضد قرارات صادرة لصالح القضية الفلسطينية، كما سيتناول أهم الاسباب الداخلية والخارجية لامتناع الأمم المتحدة عن تطبيق قرارات الشرعية الدولية بخصوص فلسطين، وتكمن أهمية البحث باستعراضه لأهم القرارات الصادرة عن الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، ومجلس الأمن، وتوضيح طبيعة تطور العلاقة بين الأمم المتحدة والقضية الفلسطينية، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها يجب إعادة النظر في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وضرورة إصلاحه بما يشمل الغاء حق النقض، ويجب أن يكون الموقف العربي من القضية الفلسطينية موحد ومندمج مع الموقف الفلسطيني، ورفض التطبيع وربطه بحل القضية الفلسطينية، وإعادة تدويل القضية الفلسطينية، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. The research will address the reasons for the refusal of the United Nations to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy regarding Palestine, which are the resolutions of the General Assembly and the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council, and the statement of the resolutions in which the veto was used against resolutions issued in favor of the Palestinian cause, and will also address the most important internal and external reasons for the refusal of the United Nations to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy regarding Palestine, and the importance of the research lies in its review of the most important resolutions issued by the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council, and to clarify the nature of the development of the relationship between the United Nations and the Palestinian cause, The researcher reached a set of results, most notably that the Charter of the United Nations must be reconsidered and the need to reform it, including the abolition of the veto, and the Arab position on the Palestinian issue must be unified and integrated with the Palestinian position, and the rejection of normalization and linking it to the solution of the Palestinian issue, and the internationalization of the Palestinian cause, and the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach.
