العنف ضد المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: إن انتشار ثقافة العنف داخل الأسرة ذاتها سواء كان لفظيا أو جسديا أو معنويا بين الزوجين أوبين أفراد العائلة، ومن بين أهم الأسباب المؤدية إلى انتشار العنف في المجتمع خاصة النية الثقافية التي تسهم في تهميش المرأة وسلطة البنية الذكورية وضيق المجال السكني للأسرة بيئة مناسبة لحدوث التوتر الداخلي الذي قد ينتهي إلى العنف مهما اختلفت أشكاله وألوانه. وانتشار ثقافة العنف في الشارع وغياب أجهزة الدولة المخولة بالأمن وحماية النظام العام وتراجع دور الضبط الأسري وسيطرة ثقافة لا عقاب ولا ردع تشجع على التمادي في الانحراف.
