دور أبعاد المسؤولية الإجتماعية التسويقية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المؤسسية: دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عملاء مؤسسة موبيليس للإتصالات

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية المسؤولية الإجتماعية في المؤسسات الإقتصادية, وتحديد أبعادها (الإنسانية, الإقتصادية, القانونية و الأخلاقية) والتي قد تؤثر بشكل كبير في جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء, وعليه بات من الضروري فهم العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين من أجل إستغلالها في تطوير وتحسين أنشطة المؤسسات, ومنه قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عملاء مؤسسة موبيليس بإستخدام أداة الإستمارة, وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد المسؤولية الإجتماعية بالمؤسسة وبين جودة الخدمات . Summary: This research paper aims to highlight the importance of social responsibility in economic institutions, and to define its dimensions (human, economic, legal, and ethical) that have been greatly affected by the quality of services provided to clients, as it becomes necessary to understand the relationship between these two variables in order to exploit them in developing and improving the activities of institutions, and accordingly we conducted a field study on a sample of the mobilis telecome institution’s clients using the questionnaire tool. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the dimensions of social responsibility and the quality of services. .
