دور المناطق الصناعية التقنية في تطوير الاقتصاد–وادي السيليكون نموذجا-

Résumé: في ظل عصر التكنولوجيا وسرعة نقل المعلومة تبرز التجمعات الصناعية التقنية كأحد أهم أنواع المناطق الصناعية المساهمة في دعم الاقتصاد، تتناول هذه الدراسة ماهية المناطق الصناعية التقنية وأهم مميزاتها، إضافة إلى عرض تجربة منطقة "وادي السيليكون" بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كتجربة رائدة في مجال الصناعة التكنولوجية الحديثة، والوقوف على أهم عوامل نجاحها ومظاهر مساهمتها في أداء الاقتصاد، وخلص هذا البحث إلى عدة نتائج تتمثل في ضرورة الاقتداء بهذه التجربة وتوفير عوامل النجاح الضرورية من بيئة ملائمة وكذا تشجيع البحث العلمي في هذه المجالات إضافة إلى ضمان الدعم اللازم والشفافية في التسيير بغية خلق تجربة ناجحة ومساهمة في النهوض بالاقتصاد. In the shade of technology era and the quickness of transfer the information, groupings Technical Industrial Zones outcropped as one of the important industrial zones contributing the economy support. This study dealt with the essence of technical industrial zones and their main advantages, In addition presenting the experiment of “ Silicon Valley “ in the United States Of America as a great attempt in the new technology industrial, focusing on its most important successful process and its contribution to the performance of economy. This research concluded a several results which are the necessary of following this experience and providing conditions of success as a perfect environment also encouraging the scientific research in these fields plus ensuring the necessary support and the transparency in governance in order to create a successful experience and contribute to the advancement of the economy.
