دور القدرات الإستراتيجية في تحقيق التميز في أداء منظمات الأعمال -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المنظمات بولاية تبسة-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز اثر القدرات الإستراتيجية بأبعادها: المعرفة المولدة لخلق القيمة، القدرة على توليد الموارد وامتلاكها، والتقنية المستخدمة في الأداء المتميز بأبعاده المتمثلة في نتائج أداء القيادة، التركيز على الزبون،التركيز على الموارد البشرية. أجريت هذه الدراسة على مجموعة من المنظمات بولاية تبسة وبدراسة عينة مكونة من 200 إطارا. تم استخدام أسلوبا لنمذجة بالمعادلة الهيكلية للقدرات الإستراتيجية والأداء المتميز، وتم التوصل إلى وجود اثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للقدرات الإستراتيجية على الأداء المتميز للمنظمات المدروسة، مع التأكيدعلى ضرورة الاهتمام بتكثيف برامج التدريب والتطوير للموارد البشرية من اجل رفع مستوى الابتكار و التطوير. The study aims to highlight the impact of strategic capabilities by its dimensions: knowledge that creating value, the ability to generate and own resources, and used technology onexcellent performance by its dimensions represented in leadership results, customer focus, human resources focus. This study was conducted on a group of organizations in Tebessastateby a sample of 200. The modeling method was used with the structural equation for strategic capabilities and excellent performance. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect of strategic capabilities on excellent performance in studied organizations.With the need to pay attention to intensifying training and development programs for human resources in order to raise the level of innovation and development
