License To Exploit The Facility Classified As A Mechanism To Control Economic Activity In Accordance With Sustainable Development رخصة استغلال المنشأة المصنفة آلية لضبط النشاط الاقتصادي وفق للتنمية المستدامة

Résumé: This article aims to clarify the importance of licensing to exploit the facility classified in controlling economic activity at the national level in accordance with a view on sustainable development, by addressing the administrative license and the procedures for granting it, in addition to exposure to the authorization of exploitation of these facilities, and the legal implications For that license, all through the study and analysis of the legal texts governing this area, particularly 06/08 and Law 04/02 as well as Law 03/10, relying on the analytical approach of those texts, to reach Finally, this license is an important measure in the exploitation of fair enterprises. يهدف هذا المقال إلى بيان وتوضيح مدى أهمية الترخيص لإستغلال المنشأة المصنفة في ضبط النشاط الإقتصادي على المستوى الوطني وفق لنظرة خاصة بالتنمية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى لترخيص الإداري وبيان إجراءات منحه، بالإضافة إلى التعرض إلى التصريح بالإستغلال لهذه المنشآت، والآثار القانونية لذلك الترخيص، كل ذلك من خلال التعرض بالدراسة والتحليل للنصوص القانونية المنظمة لهذا المجال خاصة الأمر 06/08 والقانون 04/02 وكذا القانون 03/10، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج التحليلي لتلك النصوص، لنصل في الأخير إلى أن هذا الترخيص يعتبر إجراء مهم في مجال إستغلال المنشآت المنصفة.
