ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الإبتدائي –دراسة ميدانية بدائرة تقرت -

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى اختبار العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل والكفاءة الذاتية عند أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بابتدائيات دائرة تقرت. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (98) أستاذاً وأستاذة، كما أستخدم الباحث الأدوات التالية: مقياس ضغوط العمل لـ عسكر وآخرون (1986)، ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية من تصميم الباحث. وللمعالجة الإحصائية تم استخدام الأساليب التالية: معامل بيرسون، اختبار "ت"، والانحدار المتعدد. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية دالة إحصائياً بين ضغوط العمل والكفاءة الذاتية لدى أفراد العينة، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الجنسين في ضغوط العمل لدى الأساتذة. وتبين أنه هناك ثلاثة أبعاد تنبأت بالكفاءة الذاتية لأستاذ التعليم الابتدائي، وهي سلوك التلميذ وعلاقة المعلم بالإدارة وتقدير مهنة التدريس، فيما كانت الأبعاد الأخرى غير قادرة على التنبؤ بالكفاءة الذاتية. The study aims to test the relationship between work stress and self-efficacy among primary education teachers in the primary schools of Touggourt. The sample of the study consisted of (98) teachers, and the researcher used the following tools: a work stress scale for Askar and others (1986), and a self-efficacy scale designed by the researcher. For statistical treatment the following methods were used: Pearson coefficient, 'T' test, and multiple regression. The results of the study concluded that there was a statistically significant inverse correlation between work pressure and self-efficacy among the sample individuals, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the sexes in the work stress of teachers. It turned out that there are three dimensions that predicted the self-efficacy of a primary education teachers, namely the student's behavior, the teacher's relationship with management, and the estimation of the teaching profession, while the other dimensions were unable to predict self-efficacy.
