دور الابداع في تعزيز ولاء الزبون –دراسة حالة زبائن موبيليس-

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هاته الدراسة الى التركيز على الابداع الذي مطلبا أساسيا في إدارة و تسيير المؤسسات المعاصرة من اجل الوصول إلى ولاء الزبون وهو أحد أهم سبل بقاءها و إستمرارها في السوق، نظرا لتوجهاتها الجديدة نحو الزبون من جهة، فبعد أن كان ينظر إليه كطرف من أطراف صفقة تجارية مربحة ،تحولت إلى نظرة جديدة قائمة على انه احد الدعائم الاساسية لوجود المؤسسة و بقائها في ظل الثورة التكنولوجية و حدة المنافسة.ومن جهة اخرى تطور تفكير وسلوك الزبائن الذي فرض على المؤسسة سعيها الجاد لإرضائه بتطوير معروضات غير مسبوقة وفق طرق إنتاجية وأساليب تنظيمية حديثة مبتكرة تسمح بالوصول إلى تطلعاته وهذا ما سعت اليه مؤسسة موبيليس من خلال الابداع في منتجاتها من اجل بلوغ ولاء زباءنها و تعزيزه. Abstract: This study aims to focus on creativity which is a fundamental requirement in the leadership and management of contemporary institutions, in order to build customer loyalty which is one of the most important means of survival and continuity in the market. Given its new orientation towards the customer on the one hand, after being perceived as a party to a profitable business agreement, has transformed into a new vision based on being one of the main pillars of the existence and survival of the company in the face of the technological revolution. On the other hand, the evolution of the thought and the behavior of the customers imposed on the institution to be serious to satisfy it by developing new exhibitions, according to innovative modern production and organization methods allowing access to his aspirations.
