فعالية برنامج تدريبي في تحسين مفاهيم الطفولة المبكرة لدى بعض مربيات الروضة بمدينة المدية -دراسة تجريبية-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي فعالية برنامج تدريبي، في تحسين مفاهيم الطفولة المبكرة (النمو الحركي، العقلي، اللغوي، الانفعالي، الاجتماعي والجنسي) من 2 إلى 5 سنوات لدى بعض مربيات الروضة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم المنهج التجريبي (تصميم ما قبل التجربة أو تصميم تمهيدي)، وصُمم استبيان لمفاهيم الطفولة المبكرة، وبرنامج تدريبي يتكون من 09 جلسات، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مجموعة واحدة من المربيات بولاية المدية، حيث خضعت إلى قياس قبلي، ثم تعرضوا للبرنامج التدريبي، وفي النهاية طبق عليهم قياس بعدي، واختبرت الفرضيات باستعمال اختبار t.test لحساب دلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات بين القياسين، ومربع إيتا للأثر. أظهرت النتائج فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تحسين مفاهيم الطفولة المبكرة لدى بعض مربيات الروضة، وبيّن معامل مربع ايتا تأثير مرتفع للبرنامج على المربيات The current study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of training program in improving early childhood concepts (motor, mental, linguistic, emotional, social and sexual development) from 2 to 5 years old among some kindergarten educators, infact, to achieve this goal, the experimental approach was used (pre-experimental designs), and a questionnaire was designed for early childhood concepts. In addition to a training program consisting of 09 sessions, the study sample consisted of one group of nannies in the state of Medea. the hypotheses were tested using a "t. Test" to calculate the significance of the differences between the averages, the two measurements and the ETA square for the effect. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the training program in improving early childhood concepts for some kindergarten teachers, and the ETA square factor showed a high effect of the program on the nannies.
