دور رخصة البناء وشهادة المطابقة في تسوية وضعية البنايات على ضوء أحكام القانون رقم 08-15.

Résumé: أوجب المشرع على صاحب رخصة البناء مطابقة أشغاله لأحكام هذه الرخصة، إذ لا يمكنه استعمال المبنى إلا بعد بالحصول على شهادة المطابقة، ثم ليأتي بموجب القانون 08-15 بتسوية استثنائية للبنايات التي لم تتحصل على شهادة المطابقة لارتباطها بإحدى إشكالات رخصة البناء، فأجاز الحصول على رخصة على سبيل التسوية أو رخصة إتمام الانجاز، كأداتين مستحدثتين من أجل التسوية، وفي مقالنا هذا سنتناول التعرف على رخصة البناء وشهادة المطابقة، ثم تحقيق المطابقة في ظل أحكام هذا القانون. The legislator obliged the holder of a building permit to comply with the provisions of this license, as he cannot use the building without obtaining a certificate of conformity. Then, according to Law 08-15, an exceptional settlement was made for buildings that did not obtain a certificate of conformity due to their connection to one of the problems with the building permit, so it permitted obtaining a license. For example, settlement or completion permit, as two new tools for settlement, and in this article we will discuss learning about the building permit and the conformity certificate, then achieving conformity under the provisions of this law.
