Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق الى مفهوم الوقف وأركانه وأنواعه، والتعرف على واقع ومكانة الأوقاف في الجزائر منذ العهد العثماني الى الوقت الحالي مبينينا جهود الوزارة الوصية في حصر هذه الممتلكات وأساليب تنميتها والتحديات التي تواجهها، ثم إبراز الدور التنموي للوقف وآثاره على الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، لنخلص إلى نتيجة أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية يبقى قطاع الأوقاف يشهد تأخرا كبيرا، الأمر الذي جعل من القطاع الوقفي لا يحقق الأهداف المسطرة منه، لذا فمن الضروري تسريع عملية البحث عن الممتلكات الوقفية الجزائرية محليا ودوليا واسترجاع الضائعة منها والمنهوبة، ثم الاهتمام بها وتطويرها وتنمية مواردها والمحافظة عليها، واقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات التي في حال العمل بها ستعمل على تنمية الممتلكات الوقفية وزيادة عوائدها والرفع من فعاليتها في المساهمة في تلبية المتطلبات التنموية المعاصرة. Through this study, to address the concept of the endowment, its pillars and types, and to identify the reality and status of endowments in Algeria from the Ottoman era to the present time. To conclude that, despite the efforts made by the Algerian state, the endowment sector continues to experience a significant delay, which made the endowment sector not achieve its goals, so it is necessary to speed up the process of searching for Algerian endowment properties locally and internationally and recover the lost and looted ones, and then pay attention to them And developing and preserving its resources, and proposing a set of recommendations that, if implemented, will work on developing endowment properties, increasing their returns and increasing their effectiveness in contributing to meeting contemporary development requirements.
