دور رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي في تحسين الإبداع دراسة حالة: مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر وكالة البويرة

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر رأس المال النفسي على الإبداع في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر البويرة. تم تصميم نموذج مقترح للدراسة لاختبار أثر رأس المال النفسي على الإبداع. وتم اختيار طريقة کمية في هذا البحث. کما تم تصميم استبان المعبأة وتم توجيهها لعمال مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر البويرة. ولتحليل البيانات الأولية للبحث، تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لإدخال البيانات الأولية. وتم توزيع 100 مفردة، في حين أن عدد الاستمارات الصحيحة التي تم إدخالها للبرنامج بلغ 98 بنسبة تقدر بحوالي 98% من إجمالي حجم العينة. وقد أوضحت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود ارتباط معنوي ايجابي بين رأس المال النفسي على الإبداع في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر البويرة. This research aims to study the impact of psychological capital on creativity in economic institutions, a case study of the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation in Bouira. A proposed model was designed for the study to test the impact of psychological capital on creativity. A quantitative method was chosen in this research. A questionnaire was also designed and directed to the workers of the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation in Bouira. To analyze the initial data of the research, the SPSS statistical program was used to enter the initial data. 100 items were distributed, while the number of correct questionnaires entered into the program reached 98, at a rate estimated at about 98% of the total sample size. The results of the statistical analysis showed a positive significant correlation between psychological capital and creativity in the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation in Bouira.
